The event last evening was truly amazing. Over 250 people showed up to support Corey and his family at a Masquerade Ball they hosted. Speaking with many of the guests, each had at their own story and connection to Corey. “Amazing, beautiful, kind, caring and always asks about my kids and is truly interested”, were just a few words amongst so many. Corey’s dad Ted is stronger then anyone i’ll ever know. He presents on behalf of Corey and others with ALS, speaks of a friend passing and cheers us on to support Young Faces with ALS with a smile. I have never seen Ted not smile. I cannot even imagine what this wonderful family is going through but they certainly have my support. i was proud to be among so many lovely and truly caring people last night.
